Welcome to Ramen UROKO!
Japanese Ramen cuisin in
Osaka, Kyoto
Have you had Shio ramen?
Shio means “salt”, but Shio ramen is not salty ramen. Shio serves as a catalyst to maximize the flavor of our special chicken broth.
Please come to our cozy ramen restaurant and enjoy the magic of Shio!
We also recommend our Tamari Shoyu ramen.
Don’t be afraid of the color! You will find both rich and mild flavors in the darkness.
Menu
Our signature ramen is Shio: noodle in our specially flavoured broth simply seasoned with shio (salt).
Tamari Shoyu (rich soy sauce) ramen is also recommended. Please season it to taste with vinegar.
See Our Menu page for more information, especially if you are not familiar with the ramen terminology below ;p .
